 *Rates are subject to change. **On two person discounted fall rates a $50.00 check-in fee and $200 cleaning fee applies. Four person maximum occupancy. Minimum stay seven nights.  After you receive a written confirmation agreement, a thirty-five percent deposit is required to reserve the condo. Cancellation policy upon request. The standard seven night minimum stay is required to avoid a cleaning fee. Sorry, bookings not usually available for less than five nights or for more than four people. No pets, no smoking allowed.

**This year's published 2008 Wailea Makena area resort rates for two bedroom units in the top rated luxury close oceanfront category range up to $1100-$1900 per night all year round, so these owner direct rate rates give guests a considerable savings.

The four condo types and rate categories at Polo Beach are: prime luxury oceanfront, oceanfront, ocean view, and partial ocean view.                                                                                                         

 Condos in the highest ranked beachfront category,  especially a penthouse and owner direct, are limited and hard to find in Maui's desirable gold coast area.  Unit 803's competitive  rates, although not inexpensive, are a good value.

*Reasons why 803 is considered " the best": This spacious remodeled two bedroom-two bath condo is unequaled at Polo Beach for its quiet top floor setting,  fine tropical furnishings, luxury amenities, extra security,  easy beachfront access,  good rates, and expansive views that have been featured on resort brochures.  If you like up to date furnishings, light, bright interiors, with spectacular views, 803 is on Polo's sunny side, not on the dark side -- and only the top floor features a filigreed roof overhang so drapes can remain open, which means full time ocean views fill your sight. 

If you enjoy quiet privacy, you'll appreciate no noise from another unit overhead and no one looking down into your unit or lanai.

The gourmet-lovers kitchen features  Sub-Zero and Bosch appliances, which are beyond what you find in ordinary rentals. The fresh herb garden and barbecue make for easy quick meals--or order dinner delivered to your door--or select one of our nearby fine dining restaurants.

Only a few prime luxury oceanfront units exist at Polo Beach--and 803 with its corner penthouse position is one of the best.  A "rare gem" in a perfect setting with a sunny sheltered location. Less wind in 803's advantageous location means you enjoy the oceanfront lanai all hours of the day, and because the top floor has no one above or passing by, your tranquil privacy is uninterrupted.  Yet the beach is just steps away. We are pleased to have many devoted repeat guests who consider unit 803 to be one of the finest condos in both the resort and in the Wailea Makena area.

 

This condo has been accepted & published in Islands and Hawaii magazines and has membership in the South Maui Condo Owners Association, member of Hawaii Visitors Bureau. and VRBO. If 803 does not have the dates you need, we recommend you try one of these association sites.
