This beachfront penthouse is unequaled for its beautiful furnishings, multiple views, and privacy. The condo is booked by many smart travelers who want exceptionally nice accommodations. They recognize quality and good value when they see it.

 Unit 803's competitive  rate, although not inexpensive, represents excellent value for this type of property. It is available only to non-smoking adults who desire well maintained upscale accommodations.

On Maui, like most places, you get what you pay for....Beachfront property expenses run high, especially in million dollar oceanfront places, which is why many smart people rent from us rather than own. People who want a  well maintained oceanfront unit with better views, less noise, privacy, shelter from wind, fewer insects, and superb furnishings refuse to compromise with less desirable rental pool units. They make every vacation moment count. Comments such as "we don't want to leave" reflect the connection that guests experience when  they stay here.

Just so you know, only a handful of prime luxury oceanfront condos rentals exist in Polo's highest ranked category,  especially a penthouse and owner direct. These prime luxury units, near the front by the beach, are limited and hard to find at reasonable rates...The maintenance & cleaning costs are huge, which means the rates are slightly higher than the lower rental categories. if you are looking for a cheaper place please do not call us, but if you do recognize upscale value just feet away from one of Maui's best beaches, please feel welcome to call( or email)--I'm always happy to answer other questions about this cherished vacation home.

*The resort is oceanfront. Some units are closer to the ocean, others not. The views and wind exposure greatly differ. The main Polo Beach rate categories  are: prime luxury oceanfront, oceanfront, ocean view, & partial ocean view.

 803's perfect sunny sheltered location provides less wind with its advantageous  setting so you can enjoy the oceanfront lanai all hours of the day; and because the top floor has no one above or passing by, your tranquil privacy is uninterrupted. Those who enjoy serene privacy appreciate no noise from the park or units overhead...and no one looking down into your unit or lanai. Yet the beach is just steps away. We are pleased to have many devoted repeat guests who consider unit 803 to be one of the finest condos at both the resort and in the Wailea Makena area.

The gourmet-lovers kitchen features  Sub-Zero and Bosch appliances, which are beyond what you find in ordinary rentals. The fresh herb garden and barbecue make for easy quick meals--or order dinner delivered to your door--or select one of our nearby fine dining restaurants. All wonderful options.
